Depth of Sculpture   Ring Profile    

A straight edge across the top of the Whitetail Deer Ring shows how far the sculpture is recessed below the surface for protection from wear.

For a precise and comfortable fit we make our rings in 1/4 size increments. Shown here is the first step, cutting and sizing the wax. 		  
Then the shank is built up so it can be reshaped and proportioned to the size requested.		  
Here is the finished shank with just the right taper and width for comfort and balance.

This is the finished wax ready for casting in solid 14kt. gold.
